- Description
George W. Bush stands at the wheel of a yacht labelled "Operation Iraq" He is surrounded by towering military personel; they are waiting for the wind. Refers to claims made by the United States that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, and also to the lack of wind in Auckland's Hauraki Gulf which delayed racing in the Americas Cup.
The United States was forced to publicly admit that Saddam Hussein had no weapons of mass destruction on October 7 2004, when their investigations in Iraq had found no evidence.
