Description

Letter from F P Walsh, President of the Federated Seamen's Union, to Leon Trotsky, then in Mexico, forwarding a resolution of the Union, condemning the Soviet attack on Finland, Stalinism, and the non-aggression pact between Germany and the Soviet Union. Enclosed are clippings of the resolution, taken from the Wellington `Evening Post' and the Auckland `Herald'.
