A French colonial house and garden in a state of disrepair. It has a shingled roof, a dormer window, a brick chimney to the left and two openings at the front, possibly both of them doors (one is obscured by a bush)

Not in Anderson, J C. Old Christchurch. 1949 but possibly drawn by the same artist and intended for inclusion in the book
