Shows the leaders of England, United States, China and Russia and another (Muslim?) country, watching the leader of South Africa puffing on a very large cigar marked N (for nuclear) and filling the room they are all in with smoke. The other nations have smaller unsmoked or exinguished cigars on a table in front of them.
