The album opens with the "Konui" unloading at the Darling wharf, Sydney. This operation is shown in detail as sacks of potatoes are lifted from the hold and deposited on the wharf watched by officials. We then follow the transport, storage, washing, grading and bagging of potatoes, some of which are destined for the Royal Agricultural Show, Sydney.
