Description

A layered drawing showing a modern city at the top of the view and layers below working through arrival of man in New Zealand, back to the last ice age, mountain-building, the first flowering plants, marine reptiles, the earliest life forms and to a period 3000 million years ago, when no fossils were known of in the area that became New Zealand. Down the right side are drawings of volcanoes, moa, fish, reptiles, plants, and early life forms.
