- Description
Shows finance minister Ruth Richardson announcing the National Party's superannuation policy as an 'election promise'. Roger Douglas, who appears to be dragging a ball and chain, appears as a ghost behind her, and wraps the chain around her. The implication is that she is chained to his free marketing philosophy. The kiwi at lower right says: "You ain't got a ghost of a chance, Gramps!".
