The cartoon shows a woman, dressed in ancient Greek clothing, sitting on the back of a raging bull, representing BSE (Bovine Sponiform Encephalopathy). The bull is wading out into deep water, and the woman looks very distressed. Refers to the out break of the BSE virus in British beef and the effect on the industry. Also refers to the story of Europa from Greek mytholgy.
