Shows Finance Minister, Arnold Nordmeyer, standing outside the offices of J.P. Morgan & Co. in Wall Street with a suitcase on which is printed '$ Loan'. He tells PM Walter Nash that he is surprised at the friendliness of the bank who have just given him a loan. Refers to a loan from J.P. Morgan's private bank to New Zealand.
