Ob class locomotive built by Baldwin Locomotive Works, Philadelphia for the Wellington and Manawatu Railway Company (maker's no 9018/88), as WMR no 11. At the end of 1908 the company was purchased by the Government, and it was renumbered NZR 'Ob' 455. Written off in March 1931. See 'Register of New Zealand steam locomotives, 1863-1971' by W G Lloyd.
