Winners of the women's 80-metres hurdles event in the 1950 British Empire Games at Eden Park, Auckland. Shows an Australian athlete (probably the winner of the gold medal) standing with two New Zealand athletes. At is left June Schoch (later June Clare), winner of the silver medal, and at right is Janet Shackleton (later Janet Park Cooke) winner of the bronze medal. Photograph taken in February 1950 by an Evening Post photographer.
