wo brothers, Robert and Murray Meadows, holding their great grandfather's swords from the Crimean War. Their great grandfather was Surgeon Major-General Robert Wyatt Meadows who was at the Battle of Inkerman, the siege of Sebastopol and also served in Canada and India. In the photo, Murray is also wearing his great grandfather's war medals. Photographed circa 28 September 1951 by an Evening Post photographer.
