Survey map with cadastral information for a subdivision of 265 residential lots, a recreational reserve (over 17 acres), six rural allotments (of 3-6 acres) and seven new roads including an extension of Martin Road, at Paraparaumu Beach. The edges of sandhills are marked (largely in the reserve and lifestyle lots). Drains are indicated and also a building in one lot. The total area was 135 acres. Includes locality plan, scale 1:63 360. The subdivision did not proceed as planned.
