Description

Shows Lodge himself taking Muldoon to task for refusing to allow Tom Scott to be one of the media representatives on the tour to India and China. First he declares (and draws) Muldoon as 'black'. Then he draws Muldoon's outline only and walks away distraught looking as he realises how empty his future will be as a cartoonist if he can't feature Muldoon in his cartoons.
