Apparently a special issue of the satirical magazine Figaro in London (1831-1839), featuring cartoons and caricatures by Cruikshank, Seymour and Hornegold. Comments on politician Robert Peel, Lord Brougham and Vaux, the Royal family, Lord Edward Thynne, Mr Joseph Hume.
