Sybil and Lionel Archer in their new house. The view through the Window looks north-east across central Wellington, the harbour to the Hutt Valley and the Tararua Range. Photographed by Evening Post staff photographer Ray Pigney in 1994.
The house was designed to support Sybil Archer who suffered from advanced rheumatoid arthritis.
