The use of television in teaching science is illustrated here by current programmes, e.g. The adventures of Tin Tin, The Untouchables, Have a shot, in three scenarios. The fourth shows a headmaster about to cane a boy, saying, Charles Smith, for playing-up during the TV lesson, this is 'You've asked for it!'
