Three men pushing a small boat ashore, watched by two men and a woman with two small children on shore, rocky cliffs beyond, with a few trees and a small island in the bay. Several houses visible on the opposite shore in the distance.
Attributed by the donor to Henry Williams. However the work has 'Samuel' written on the verso, and the style appears to be that of Samuel Williams. The Williams family lived at Horotutu Beach, mentioned in the title.
Formerly catalogued as being Te Ti (or Te Tii); however it shows Ti Beach, Waitangi, not Te Tii at the head of the Bay of Islands in the Te Puna Inlet.
