Shows Lange in a boat (NZ) at sea with two other people who are rowing frantically. Lange is pleading with them that he never thought this would happen. In the distance, is a silhouette of a nuclear ship which has "ANZUS" written on the side. The 'NZ' in the middle has been crossed out. Refers to the termination of New Zealand from the ANZUS alliance due to anti-nuclear issues
