Shows pipes coming from the Marsden Point refinery with leaks popping out all over the place. The leaks are called 'poor industrial relations', 'stopworks', 'strikes', 'low productivity', and '$100,000,000 more'. Bill Birch, Minister of Energy, is trying to stop the leaks.
