- Description
Survey map for a subdivision of ten residential lots, one long lot extending to Manly Street, two large residual lots (over 9 and 13 acres), part of Donovan Road, a short extension of Martin Road and a road reserve, at Paraparaumu Beach. The two residual lots have a large area described as swamp about knee deep, flax, raupo, which is surrounded by sand hills in grass and lupin with an average height of the top about 20 feet above the flat. A modified plan, dated Dec 1953, was deposited in July 1954 (DP 17327).
