Description

Shows Hitler climbing up a ladder which is resting against a building. He has a paint brush in his mouth and a paint pot in his hand which is "blood colour". He is looking up to a window where a man is leaning out and telling him to get down. Above the window are the words "John Bull and Co.". The windows below him have the words "La Maison Francaise" written above them and on the next floor down are the words "Compaignie Belgique". Refers to World War II.
