- Description
Four vignettes illustrate a remark made by Keith Holyoake at the opening of Government Print. He said that the country had never been more vigorous than it is today. This could be ascribed to New Zealanders' love of exercise. He is pictured speaking as workers walk out (Walking is popular); union official tells workers they're on strike again (frequent work-outs); employers and unions are seen boxing (spar regularly); and daily free-for-alls between 5 and 6 (men rush into pub).
