A base cadastral map of a duplicated plan of the area between Taranaki, Haining and Tory streets, Frankville Terrace and Martin Square shows subdivisions in Sections 228, 229, 235 and 236. Sages Lane and Tory Place are named. Includes Wigan, Smith, Tui streets and Francis Place. Includes extensive detail of property owners, some businesses, C.T. numbers, Deed Plan numbers, acreages and boundary measurements. Additions to this map include the details of sections sold and new owners.
