Inscriptions: Recto - A range of inscriptions, including 'Okukarei Pa', top left, 'Tory Channel', bottom left, 'Hill Nga ti Toa killed Awa' above the highest palisaded hill in the centre, and other notes apparently relating to intertribal wars in the area 'Nga ti Toas exterminated [?] the Nga ti Kahunu with [?] a very large Pa', and 'Ngatikahuhunu'
