The Waitangi Treaty is shown as an elephant. The leader of the Opposition, Don Brash, wearing the dark glasses of a blind man, is examining its trunk and saying - 'Misshapen, past its use-by date. Full of hot air. Can only be a white elephant.' The Prime Minister Helen Clark describes it as -'A vast unchanging leviathan. Only a Royal Commission would comprehend its complexities.' The National Party's spokesman on Maori Affairs, Gerry Brownlee (also in dark glasses) is examining the tail and says - 'A no-brainer ... old rope!' A man who is one sixteenth Maori rides on the elephant's back, facing to the rear, and cries 'FORWARD into the 21st century!'. Another man representing the New Zealand taxpayer has been knocked down at the elephants's rear end and the elephant is defecating on him
