A boss is trying to break a bundle of sticks representing various trade unions that are bound together with 'industrial unionism' tape.

Illegible signature looks like Leaford Jen. This cartoon was reprinted on the front page of the special strike issue of the Industrial Unionist on 11 November 1913.
