Portrait of Aramoho girls, Te Kuia Whairei, Kawirue, Te Whaikeau. Shows three young Maori women, wearing korowai (tag cloaks). They have moko, and the woman in the middle is holding a wahaika (type of patu). The two on the the left have short hair. Photograph taken by William Henry Thomas Partington, probably at Aramoho.
Other - Formerly identified as Taapu Winiata and Rawinia Wamikau from notes in Alexander Turnbull Library negative register.
Other - These women are also seen in the image at 1/1-003132, with the two on the left having changed places.
