Description

This cartoon features the cartoonist's dilemma of having to fit large politicians into a smaller cartoon space as a result of a newsprint shortage and features a trimmed down Prime Minister Kirk and Overseas Trade Minister Joe Walding. However, Opposition leader Muldoon refuses to pull his chin in.
