Steam train, with an F class locomotive, stopped on the Waimakariri Gorge bridge, between Oxford and Sheffield, Canterbury. Shows passengers alongside the train, looking at the view down the gorge. Photograph taken in the 1890s by an unidentified photographer.
In 2006 used only as a road bridge.
