Cadastral map with topographical features showing Pihautea Estate and surrounding Maori land in south Wairarapa occupied by Charles R Bidwill. Identifies land blocks with Maori names and provides acreage and unnamed land blocks with acreage. Ruamahanga River, Te Maire Creek, Jury's Island and the Road to Kahautara are shown.
Other bordering settler properties are named as G Goodrick, W Bicknell, B.W.O. and B Williams, W. Nichol, G. Hunter, Yule
Maori land blocks include Maramamau.
C.R. Bidwill's station is called Pihautea Station
