The Gear Meat Company, and other buildings on Lambton Quay, with a crowd of people queuing for meat, probably as a result of the Waterfront Dispute. Other buildings visible include the Piccadilly Restaurant and the Bristol Book Club. There are a number of cars on the street. Photograph taken circa 5 April 1951 by an Evening Post photographer.
