Cadastral map of Silverstream, Hutt Valley, showing numbered sections with acreage, Whiteman's Valley Road, road to the station and Chatsworth Road. Names on properties include Fordyce, Smart, Rudd, O'Sullivan, Jones. Glued to the right bottom corner of the map is a small lithograph of surveyed, numbered sections with acreage, between Whitemans Valley and Hislop roads, with the note 'this block is subdivided and plan deposited as per small litho'. Also glued to the right side of the map is a price list of sections, and stamped on this in pink is 'Thomson & Bron?'.
