'The Politician' cartoon strip. Refers to an incident that took place on the 5th of February at Waitangi's Te Tii Marae; leader of the National Party Don Brash was pelted with mud as he came onto the marae.
On the 27th of January 2004, leader of the National Party, Don Brash gave a speech to the Orewa Rotary Club which created much division on issues of race in New Zealand.
