A scene at the 23 New Zealand Field Ambulance when two ambulances presented by the Hugh Baird family in Hastings and the Sutherland Ross family of Dunedin were handed over to the medical services. Colonel Williamson, on behalf of the OC Administration 2 NZEF (Brig Stevens) about to hand over the keys to the DMS Brigadier McCormick.
