Cartoon showing, from left to right, Thomas Dick, William Rolleston, Sir Frederick Whitaker, Richard Oliver, Sir Harry Atkinson, Walter Johnston and John Bryce, all Cabinet Ministers. Their heads are on ninepins, with a further ninepin marked 'Incompetence' beyond them. All of them, except Richard Oliver are being bowled over by a ball marked 'Parliament 1882'.
