Shows a view of a bay or curved beach, with houses overlooking it. Two children stand on the beach at the right beside a yacht drawn up on the sand, and there is a small rowboat in the water at the left. The houses are partly obscured by trees, and there is a flowering rata or pohutukawa part way along the shore beside a boatshed at the right.
