A view along the lower reaches of the Whanganui River with a cliff on the left and lower hills to the right. In the left foreground on a flat bank is Perekino Pa, with buildings and a low fence, and several seated Maori. One man is standing at the water's edge below on the right. A tall flax bush grows in the foreground.
The pa is named as Perekino Pa in the contents list of Power's book
