Minister of Finance Ruth Richardson, standing on a soapbox outside the Beehive, preaching free enterprise. Her words are repeated by Hugh Fletcher, in a Fletcher Challenge trunk. He is using the truck to dump thousands of shares, almost knocking Richardson off her perch. Refers to Fletcher-Challenge dumping shares on the market, upsetting its balance and undermining the Government's 'more market' approach to the economy
