Parts 4 and 5 of a panoramic view of Wellington taken from above Roxburgh and Hawker streets, Mount Victoria and looking across the harbour to the Tinakori Hills and the city. Queens Wharf is in the middle distance and the Government Buildings slightly to the right. Old St Peter's Church, Willis Street is on the far left.
