Map of the Roxburgh area showing the Clutha River and the site of the proposed dam with the dam buildings in situ, and the associated housing settlement to the right, described as 'the probable ultimate development'. The settlement includes roads and 61 houses grouped around a green area, tennis courts, bowls and croquet lawns, a hostel and a proposed community centre and shop site.
