- Description
The cartoon consists of 3 vignettes. In the first the 'official explanation' of the word Fonterra is given as 'fon', Latin for spring and flowing, and 'terra' meaning earth. The cartoon shows cows being swept down a hill in a landslide caused by a rainstorm. In the second vignette a new vehicle is shown. It is a 'new olden fonterra ute' with udders protruding from the cabin. In the third vignette a man reading a proof has circled the 't' in Fonterra calling it a 'font error'.
