Description

New Zealanders in France at Pont-a-Pierre moving wounded German soldiers onto stretchers. The Germans were brought down on a farm cart from the front line. Photograph taken ca 1 November 1918 by Henry Armytage Sanders.

Caption - Caption at PA1-f-092 reads " Badly wounded Germans brought down from front line in a farm cart. 1/11/18. Near Le Quesnoy"
