Cadastral, part surveyed map showing subdivision of land belonging to Carson in Kilbirnie, Wellington, bounded by Rodrigo Road, Duncan Terrace and Burke Street. Sections are numbered 1-14, and include price in pounds sterling (prices have been significantly reduced on some sections). The two largest sections are marked sold. Note on map calculates time to cable car stops at Lyall Bay and Constable Street.
Written on map is number '1446'.
The land possibly belonged to either William or Andrew Carson, farmers in Evans Bay flat, Wellington (see Wises 1912).
