- Description
Mr Williams collected all the ephemera material from his voyage out on the Rimutaka including a plan of the ship and his ticket, menus, passenger lists etc., there are also bills from hotels and clubs in New Zealand and tickets for excursions. There are several letters from people he met in New Zealand. He visited Dunedin, Christchurch and Wellington among other places. He went onto Australia and returned to England on the Tongariro in May 1887.
