Mr and Mrs J C Williams with two immigrant children from Glasgow (James and Robert Munro), sitting around the fireplace at "Studley", Kiwitea, in the Manawatu District. Mr Williams is sitting in an armchair, reading a paper. Mrs Williams is looking over the shoulder of one of the boys, who is reading a Weekly News. Photographs of the Williams' family are on the mantlepiece and hung on the walls. Photograph taken in April 1951, by Mr E Woollett.
