Description

Top left panel shows small vignettes of the buildings and premises of the following businesses or organisations:

E W Mills & Company Ltd, agents for safes, strongroom doors, Ransomes, Sims and Jeffrey's agricultural implements; Felton and Guilleum's "Neptune" barb and other fencing wires; Leonard and Ellis' "Valvoline" machinery, cylinder and axle oils; W B Haigh & Co.'s woodworking machinery, Planet junr implements of all kinds for farm and garden use; Valentine & Co.'s varnish and coach colours. Shows illustrations of a plough and a weighing machine above, with the exterior of the building in Lambton Quay below.

Grey Valley Coal Company Ltd, sellers of Coalbrookdale, Newcastle and Greymouth coal; fire tiles, fire bricks, fire clay, coke and firewood. Manners Street, Wellington. Shows at left an illustration of the shop frontage, and at right the timber and tile yard with a wooden tower above it.

The Wellington Biscuit and Confectionery Company, manufacturers of all descriptions of biscuits and confectionery. Awarded first medals at Sydney and Wellington Exhibitions. Sole N.Z. agents for the Britannia Liquorice, Refinery, Pontefract. Farish Street Wellington. Shows an illustration of the street frontage of the premises, flanked by tilted illustrations of a section of the biscuit manufacturing department and of the packing room.

St Paul's Church of England Cathedral, Wellington, shows an illustration of Old St Paul's Pro-Cathedral in Murphy Street.
