Group standing at the lookout on Mt Victoria, Wellington, with Wellington Harbour in the background. Shows the bronze geographical distance guide and map of Wellington, and the bronze busts of the Duke of Wellington and Edward Gibbon Wakefield, in the middle of the lookout. Photograph taken in March 1940, by an unidentified photographer for the Evening Post.
