Description

Caricature of Jim Sutton, Labour member for Aoraki and Minister for Biosecurity. He is standing in front of a sheepyard wearing a large pinafore in the pocket of which are two large slaughtering knives; he is also holding a large bottle. Refers to a recent hoax in which a letter claiming the economy-crippling foot and mouth disease had been released on Waiheke Island was sent to Prime Minister Helen Clark, sparking a biosecurity alert.
