Shows ground and first floor details of a warehouse building as well as club buildings with accommodation in Taupo Quay, Wanganui
See also the pencil version of this plan at Plans-80-0509-2 and an earlier version (scheme 1) at Plans-80-0509-1. The club room section of the building to the right of the ground-level right-of-way was never built. The left side, which was built, is now the print studios for Unicoll's Quay School of Art.
